Do you trust online stores to buy perfumes?

Once as I was traveling for a long time and I was sort of in an isolated place, but we ha so the postal services. No where near the place, I found a store to buy perfumes. I did not know what to do, the colleague who was with me on that assignment told me buying perfumes online will do great. Having no option I thought I will give a try. It was a risk for me. But I bought  bottle of CK Euphoria 100 ml for $65. I know thats cheap. I Paid extra 30$ for shipping to get it to where I was.

I chose eBay as per my colleague’s suggestion and I got my bottle of perfume. The box was just the same as the one I bought from David Jones. The bottle was little different and I was not very happy about it and tried the scent. Goodness gracious!!!! The smell was awful. It was not even 1000 miles near the original smell of CK Euphoria. I was mad at myself and vowed myself never to buy a bottle of perfume over internet. This was an incident which happened to me in 2010.

Things have changed a lot, and again I tried buying some perfumes over internet. This time I tried Nordstrom and they delivered me the original perfumes. Sadly they only ship fragrances to the US.

I am thinking of starting an online perfume, beauty and health care store to supply only the authentic Perfumes, skincare, hair care, makeup and home fragrances from the trusted designers. I am no way affiliated to any designer or store, but due to the bad incident I had and now I am fully committed to do anything I want, I believe I can do this.
