A new book of healthy recipes for breakfast is coming soon! This book is a compilation of healthy breakfast recipes. These might not be new to you, but it has got my own tastes and flavors to it, making these recipes more affordable for you.
I love the body I have, but few years back I gained 20 extra kilos which made me very unhealthy and miserable. My cholesterol was high, blood sugar was high and I have hormonal imbalances which made even worse. Every now and then I had to go to the doctor and had to consume loads of medicine which I hated to do.
It has always a been a dream of me to graduate from Le Cordon Bleu and have my own Michelin star restaurant and a good vineyard but like everyone else, I ended up in another profession. I love my profession of being a humanitarian but my passion is always cooking gourmet foods and fine dining and vintage wines and ofcourse fashion and perfumes. Due to my work, I happened to travel a lot and always end up in eating junk foods and restaurant foods. In the work trips, we don’t have the luxury to go into developed world, so the foods we intake during those trips are really unhealthy. All this and stress made me to go through a huge change in my lifestyle. But I found a solution for myself and I determined that I will stay away from the doctors and the medicines of course. As I love cooking, I made a habit of preparing my own meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s is believed that healthy foods are expensive but you know what, you can make healthy foods from what’s available in your fridge.
I am sharing my experience of my foods with you all. As I had the privilege to travel a bit around the globe, I am including 30 breakfast recipes in this book from different parts of the world. These recipes are not sponsored by anyone. More books are on its way and I am working on a very interesting book which is specially for the cancer patients.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. As to start your day, you need to consume healthy foods which will keep you sane and energetic so make sure to have your breakfast as the very first thing in the morning.
**Also one more very important thing, along with the healthy food, make sure you have a specified time for exercise from your busy schedule. Even 30 minutes would be great to keep you in shape and healthy.
